Please help me find resources on international kidnapping! I do not having concrete evidence as of yet, but I think my ex may take our son to his parents in Mexico.

Get a court order. If he wants to visit, make him leave his passport with you, or the authorities.

and...If you have legal documents from the divorce and about visitation, have them sent to the US embassy in Mexico. At least they won’t be surprised if you have to call them.
